Dungeness is a wonderful, mysterious place on the southeast coast of Kent where I went to take pictures for some of my college projects. The place has kind of a barren, eerie feel to it and I can see why it’s such a popular place for photography. For these pictures I used a Mamiya ZD medium format camera and a Fuji GX617 panoramic analogue camera, which are both incredible cameras. It takes some thought and preparation when you’re using this gear so it makes you think a bit more, and you don’t end up just ‘snapping away’ like you might do with a standard DSLR.
The panoramic photo was one of two mounts I entered in the Kentwood exhibition a few months ago.
