Yesterday morning when I got off the bus to head into the office, I just had to stop quickly to take a photo of the Water of Leith which runs just outside. The golden morning light was starting to reach the buildings along The Shore and the water was completely still, reflecting its surroundings like a giant mirror.
Your mood for the whole day can be influenced just by pausing and appreciating something small, like standing on a bridge with the morning traffic rushing along behind you without letting the city stress get to you, and instead focusing on the peaceful view.
